why hand of windmill turbine move in same direction while force may act on other hand in different direction?
IF IT SO NOT HAPPENS,PLEASE DESCRIBE ME THE WORKING OF WINDMILL TURBINE
Wind mill is no different from the normal fan or for that matter the propellers of an aircraft. Same principle is used in all these except that wind mill generates power whereas for the other two to work you have to supply power.
Specific to you question force on the other hand of the wind mill does not act in a different direction. You make a paper fan , attaching it to the end of a stick. Hold in your hand and take a fast run, you will see that the paper fan rotates in only one direction.
The theory of how the blades rotates is far too complicated to explain here. But try the paper fan experiment and you will understand
