how to convert a submersible pump into solar pump? What will be the cost for the same?
I assume you are talking about a typical AC induction motor submersible pump. It will take a large solar panel, a large storage battery, a charge controller to prevent damaging the battery from overcharge and a large inverter to convert the battery DC into the needed AC to run the motor. Keep in mind that induction motors need something like 6 to 8 times their normal running current, just to get them started.
The total cost will be many (10 at least) times the cost of the pump.
It would probably be cheaper to build a windmill to pump the water.
