sailboats? which one should i get? monohull? multihull? length?
ok i want a sailboat that i can man by myself. i need room for a shower stall, toilet, stove, and refrigerator. i want a boat that if capsized it will be possible to right. i want one able to handle deep sea travel (big waves). i want something simple i will be living aboard.
i intend to have electric engine w/ regen, solar power, and wind power on top of the sails.

Mono-hull between 27 and 37 feet. the bigger boat will need special gear and hardware, so that you can sail it with a 2 person crew. That self righting provision in only partly realistic. The electric engine is also an expensive idea that if you compare the over-all gain you might want to scrap. Use both a wind gen. and solar power, but your green footprint will be better with a bio-fuel Diesel.
