Can anyone tel me how (or just tell he wbsite name) to make a cicuit that will charge a battery?
You can try http://www.oynot.com/solar-info.com or look around for smaller less expencive systems at http://www.oynot-solar.com on the main page on the left side (I think) there is a portable power system that charges laptops, cell phones and ipods if that helps.
You did not say what type of a battery you wanted to charge.
