How can I challenge the local police for being so dash heavy handed over a silly ticket my man Bagthorpe (87) received, he was mowing down a few common folk after mounting the curb near to the post office, he managed to bag six commoners along with a couple of dementia ridden old fogies when he was abruptly stopped by a young whipper snapper of the law.

Surly one can have 12” Boudicca razor Sharpe blades protruding from the hub caps of ones own vehicle, after all it is a Royce you know?
